LUU’s Welcome Fair is a chance for you to meet all of the fantastic clubs and societies we have here at LUU and grab a few freebies on your way around too.

The Welcome Fair takes place from Monday 26 to Wednesday 28 September. There are various societies and brands attending on different days so don’t forget to come back each day as you never know what you might find!

Generally, you’ll find the following clubs and societies on these days:

• Monday 26 September: Hobbies, Geek, Specialist Interest, Political and Campaigning, and Academic
• Tuesday 27 September: Academic, Culture, and Music and Performance, Dance, Outdoor, Sports, and Martial Arts
• Wednesday 28 September: Volunteering, Faith, Media, Welfare, Academic, Dance, Sports, Outdoor and Martial Arts

A Give it a Go is an event held by clubs and societies where you can try out their activity without any commitment. It is a great opportunity to discover a new hobby and meet new friends!

You can purchase your membership on engage.luu.org.uk. This is the only way to join a group. We recommend chatting to the stall holders to learn about joining, they might have a free Give it a Go you can attend to try it out first.

The Edge is a short distance away from Leeds University Union (LUU).

You had me at free pizza. Domino’s can be found on the Precinct, right outside the LUU building.

Our building is fully accessible with lift access across all floors of the venue and accessible gender-neutral toilets available in each venue.
