How do I get the most out of the Fair?
We’ve spoken to students, and their top advice is to go with an open mind and explore as many clubs, societies, and brands that interest you. Our friendly and approachable committee members will be there to speak to you about their society and the types of activities they run. They’ve been in your shoes before and appreciate that everyone will have different excitement, nervousness, and intrigue levels. Many societies will tell you details about their Give it a Go’s or try-outs, enabling you to try their activity before joining.
What if I didn’t find what I was looking for?
With over 340 societies, we have a society for almost anything! If you didn’t find what you were looking for, we recommend coming back the next day, where there will be a host of new clubs, societies, and brands to meet! If you didn’t find who you were looking for, a great way to contact societies is by Instagram, LUU Engage, or visiting Crossroads.
What if I need help with access?
If you have accessibility requirements, please speak to a staff member at the entrance to the Riley Smith or Marquee. The first hour of the Fair is usually our quieter period when there will be fewer queues. Level 2 of LUU will have a chill-out zone stocked with free tea, coffee, and snacks.
